The staff is very helpful.The room and bathroom are good and the breakfast is good. It is a bit far away from downtown and you need to take a tram and the station is a bit far from the hotel. It is far away. In the site they inform that you are 15 min from downtown using public transport but they don´t inform that to get to the public transport you have to walk 10 min. There is nothing nearby. They don´t have restaurant in the hotel.
